SWISS PARENTERALS PVT. LTD. Is a modern injectable manufacturing plant, situated at Kerala G.I.D.C. Bavla, near Ahmedabad, Gujarat, having W.H.O. G.M.P. Certificate.

The company is exporting its high quality products through big Indian company in many countries. Our all products have shown excellent results and acceptance by the Medical Profession.

All kinds of Small Volume Parenterals preparations of liquid and dry powder are produced and tested at our plant. We have ultra modern self sufficient, well equipped quality control laboratory.

FACILITIES
(A) Air Conditioning Plant.

• 7.5 Ton Capacity for sterile liquid & General category powder products.
• 5.0 Ton Capacity for sterile B. lactum antibiotic group powder products.
  Both these plants has se/arate A.H.U. ( Air Handiling Units)

(B) Filtered Air Unit. 1

• 5.0 Micron filtered air unit with separate
• A.H.U. for Washing & sterilization area.

• 5.0 Micron filtered air unit with separate A.H.U. for General Lobby.

(C) Whole sterile area is provided with 0.3 micron H.E.P.A. filters & air locks & Buffer room are also provided with H.E.P.A. filters of 0.3 micron porosity.

(D) Sterilization :-

• Dry Heat Sterilizer with double doors opening directly in sterile buffer lobby : D.H.S. chamber size 4 x 4.5 x 6 feet.
  Steam sterilizer with double doors directly opening into sterile buffer lobby.

(E) Water :

• Raw water is supplied by G.I.D.C. & available in enough required quantity. Under ground storage tank 2 :15000 ltrs. Each.
  Over head storage tank :15000 ltrs.
• Soft water :
  Soft water plant with capacity of 12,000 Liters per regeneration.
• D.M. Water :
  Cation, Anion & Mixed bed unit D.M. Plant with capacity of 12,000 Liters
  per hour regeneration.
• Distilled Water :
  Multicolumn distillation plant from Pharma lab with capacity of 80 Liters per hour.

(F) Washing Department :

• Jet type washing Two machines, with facility of 5.0 micron & 0.2 micron filtered D.M. Water & Distilled water and Filtered Air.
  Capacity 100,000 units per shift.

(G) Air & Gas System :

• Compressed air.
• Nitrogen.
• Oxygen.
• Carbon dioxide.
  These are supplied through pipe lines at different required points.

(H) Non IBR Boiler :

• Capacity – 300 kgs. /Hr.

(I) Sterile Liquid Filling Department :

• Liquid Vial Filling & Sealing Line.
• From 2 ml. To 30 ml Size filling capacity 40,000 Vials per shift.
• Ampoule Filling : From 1 ml. To 5 ml.
• Six stroke M/C - One
• Four stroke M/C – One
• Two stroke M/C – Two
• Capacity – 100,000 per shift.

(J) Sterile Powder Department :

• Automatic Vial filling line capacity of 35,000 per shift.
• Semi automatic microdozer line capacity of 30,000 per shift.
• Sterile powder area are provided with separate Dehumidifier & Separate A.H.U.
• For Antibiotic & General category sterile powder department.

(K) Visual Inspections :

Semiautomatic visual inspection unit (Imported) for Ampoules Also manual visual inspection benches 25 units.

(L) Labeling Machine :

• Ampoule labeling machine – One capacity 30,000 per shift.
• Vial labeling machine - Two, capacity 65,000 per shift.
• Label and Carton coding machine – Two, capacity 40,000 per shift.

(M) Packing Department :

Stainless Steel Top conveyor belts – four

(N) Quality Control & Quality Assurance Department.

• With different required instruments & chemical analysis dept. & Sterility,
